Hashtags are a tool that will help you to reach your target
When using hashtags is really important to be careful and to analize the audience of each hashtag as some make not lead us to the target we are looking for. That is why it is extremelly important to determine our target in advance, it doesn't matter is it is a personal blog or a company's fanpage, we have to be aware and take the time to dig in.
Some hashtag may lead to the wrong message, this may not sound like a big deal when we are talking about a personal blog, but when talking about a company, giving the wrong message may affect the company image what can have a huge repercussion.
In my opnion it is also important to not use the same hashtags all the time, as mostly the same people is looking for the same tags, so once in a while you may take a risk and explore new ones to reach more people in your social media platforms.
